Your story honors. Inspires. Teaches. Brings us together
Saturday 19 November is National Survivors of Suicide Day (survivors being those who have been left behind to survive the aftermath of a suicide.)
To mark this day the Coordinated Suicide Prevention Program, a project of SPF, will be hosting an event at Spruce Grove Public Library, 35-5th Avenue, Spruce Grove, AB from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
There will be a video presentation produced by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Following the presentation will be group reflection and discussion. Refreshments will be served.
We encourage anyone who has suffered any loss, not even through suicide, to attend as there are often many dynamics that can help anyone struggling with grief.
You are invited to bring a photo or a momento of your loved one.
