Soon after Simon died his family and friends were given a very strong conviction that they should set up an organization in his memory to provide a legacy for his dream of reaching out to help those in need. This resulted in the formation of The Simon Poultney Foundation whose aims are contained in the – “Empowering People in Community” and the Mission and Vision Statements
Note : The logo was designed by Anthony Hanmer, and is a representation of the world globe with its axis set at the exact angle. It contains the letters E P I C being the acronym of the slogan “Empowering People In Community.”
